I'm sorry but this is a big no-no when it comes to pixelart. you basicly just used a gradient with atleast 13 shades of red that I could see taht hardly have any contrast between them.

I am not sure if you want actual feedback on this; if so let me know... though the title sugests otherwise.

It probably aint even good but its just an example what your structure should look like.

Also use references for work, and even before that...learn pixel art from tutorials.

You're right. That isn't good. At all.
