Descriptive Problem Summary:
I can't select any controls passed the 101st in the control drop down.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
Add more than 101 controls to a window.

Code Snippet (if applicable) to Reproduce Problem:

Expected Results:
I should be able to select any amount of controls and only be limited to system perf.

Actual Results:
After selecting control #102, nothing happens. The previous control is still selected.

Workarounds:
None at the moment and this is a significant blocker.

Notes:
I thought this was working when I initially created the interface. Now that I am trying to rename some labels, I can't select anything. I'm not sure though.
I think that we might be running into some memory corruption like a buffer overrun because I get some weird behavior when randomly selecting controls. Random windows are popping up after selecting a control.

Here are some Examples.
- Help
- New Window
- Some odd File Menu editor I've never seen

Actually, I see "Preferences for MRTS" listed in the controls which is really odd.

Some of the listed controls are disabled in the list which is also odd.

Screenshot:
I have 201 controls listed. I'm actually pretty concerned because I actually found a copy of my window listed in the interfaces. Clicking on Controls created a copy of my window!? What if it decides to delete or corrupt other things. Yikes.
