It snowed. It realy freaking snowed, in texas of all places, on christmas eve. I can hardly believe it. This is only like the third or fourth time I've ever seen it snow on christmas.

In other news, life is going well. I got a christmas bonus that is going to pay for half of my passport so that I can go and be a world traveler. Yay me.

[Final Frailties]

I tried yesterday to get something done, I realy did... Then I realized that the files I have on my laptop are from an older version of the game than the one currently in production, So hard code work on the came came to a halt. I'm going to go through and try to work out the npc scripts so that they will be more cohesive and tell a better story.

[Real Life]

The house is completely set up for christmas now. All is in readiness. I feel kind of bad for not being able to buy anyone anything for christmas, then I tell myself that I'm responsable for the roof over our heads, the electricity powering the christmas lights and the running water and I feel better about it all.

I'm still working my ass off at my job at the liquer store, christmas and new years suck at jobs like that, but I can't exactly pay the rent with my rock can I either? After the first of the year I am going to restart the job hunt in an effort too earn enough money to finish paying for my passport and begin saveing for my circumnavigation of the globe.

[Army (Reserve) Life]

I recently picked up a 20 pound dumbell since I've grown used to my 10 pounder and cannot burn out with it anymore, I can already tell a difference and a marked improvement from weeks ago when I saved up enough for the 10. I'm kind of happy that I WANT to work out now instead of just having to.

I still sit around waiting for my unit to stop being all dicked up. Yay army, I love 'em, but seriously guys...
