You're no longer a member, which means you're no longer able to perform most edits on your hub or create a new one. Unfortunately, considering this, and the fact you would have an inaccurate favorite/like count and such because of the records from the previous game; I do not think this is possible.

Personally, I would recommend getting a new membership, and simply making a new hub for your game. I apologize for your loss, and while someone else may be able to offer more info; I hope this helps.
