Closing a tab via the mouse was not working intuitively in all cases.

This issue has been resolved.
Descriptive Problem Summary:
If you press your mouse button down on a tab and then release it over the 'x' on any tab, it will close that tab.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
1) Press down on a tab.
2) Move your cursor over the 'x' on a tab.
3) Release the mouse.

Expected Results:
Nothing.

Actual Results:
Closes the tab.
