I know there's a place where people post up what they look like (pic page I think it's called) , but is there a place where people can essentially Geo-Tag themselves?

Just thought it would be cool to see where everybody is from!
We setup one for IU several years back, but as for a standard BYOND map, nope.

The idea was coined, but generally turned down by a lot of us because the thought of kids actually putting their exact location on a map wouldn't be too bright considering BYOND is prime for potential stalkers. Think about it, small gaming site, high affiliation with anime, kids everywhere. Not a nice combination.
I don't even think BYOND People works because I sent my picture in an email a while back and they haven't updated it lol

Edit: same for the maps, I got a "Failed to add your location to the database." lol
The moment this community turns into a social network, I'm out of here.

I'll be sitting next to you on that bus, Foomer.
It already is a social network, are you nuts?

And on some extremely tiny islands in the Pacific and Atlantic.
Teka123 is probably some retired millionaire with his own private island and some satellite internet.
