Assume I have two same atoms(Multi-Tiled) of the same layer and I use TILED_ICON_MAP as map_format.

This image should make my problem clear.

You see at random times DM draws some (any)tile(s) of the last added atom under the one previously added.

Since both these atoms are the same in the Object Tree and because I do want them to have the same layer, yet I want DM to draw the one added later to the map on top of the one previously added.

Does BYOND have a specific rule on drawing atoms of the same layer.. or is it just mumbo jumbo?

You can always go to the map, right click the icon and edit it's layer to match your liking. IT wont affect the other icons.
Edit: The map in the source, not on the game.
As, I already said all the atoms have the same layer.. and logically I think atoms added later are supposed to be drawn on top.

I need an input from the BYOND devs because this is a question which I think only the people who know something about its implementation', can answer.
