Descriptive Problem Summary: When you go sage mode with Naruto your energy regens 2x slower same thing with Pein. But if you sage with jiraya his energy is normal. Also people have been reviving none stop with pein while dead. I dont know how they do it.
Expected Results: To regen energy normally after running
Actual Results: Regens 2 times slow

Every time? Or how often? Everytime i play as either character it does this
In other games?no
In other user accounts? yes
On other computers? yes
When does the problem NOT occur? When i don't play as the said characters

i think you need to fix it when i use rasgengan i have to wait like 20 seconds because it have to recharges slower
