1. Sentences that are constantly repeated, with little or no deviation, will be considered as spam.
2. The reposting of any link, without it first having left the page for a few minutes, will also be considered as spam.
2a. An exception to this mutable offense is if the chat is moving so fast, due to the amount of people on the server, that it has fallen off the chat log. This also applies to people who request a re-post of said link.
3. Try to keep the usage of profanity down to as little as possible as using it for every other word only makes you look like an idiot.
4. The inciting of a flame war, during any type of conversation, unless it is a staged event by a super majority of the server(90%),, is grounds for an instant mute. Civilized debate is still welcome though. (This rule obviously includes trolling)
Temporary Bans:
1. The logging in on different keys so as to somehow gain an unfair advantage over everyone else. -Games this would apply to would include mafia, Solar Conquest, etc...
2. The posting of any picture or video that is deliberately meant to arouse one's sexual instincts.
3. The ruination of any players having fun in the game. - This includes, but is not limited to: spawn killing, deliberately killing teammates, and the like.

4a. graphic glitches do not apply; unless they are required for the über state.
5. 2nd offense for rule 1, under mutes, for spam.
6. 3rd offense for excessive profanity.
7. 2nd offense for inciting a flame war.
Permanent Bans:
1. Repeated offense of "Temporary Ban" rule 1.
2. Deliberate abuse of any in-game powers granted by the server host or those granted by the game by default.
3. 2nd offense for rule two under "Temporary Ban".
4. 2nd offense for the abuse of a bug that results in the über state.
5. 3rd offense for rule 1, under mutes, for spam.
6. 4th offense for excessive profanity.
7. 3rd offense for inciting a flame war.
How to Appeal a Mute or Ban:
1.The only way to appeal a mute or ban, whether temporary or permanent, is through the chat log that resulted in said mute or ban.
- E-mail address to send the chat log to is *[email protected]* (Please make sure that the file is in ".txt" or ".dat" format(really don't want all the "html" tags included in it))
- To get the chat log: right-click in the chat portion > Log... > add one of these two extensions to the name of the file .txt or .dat
2.The only other way is if the Server host is there to witness the act, which, would result in a perm ban for the offending person.
