I would like to see something fresh, unique and balanced. Fast leveling games with rubbishy member advantages and everything being one-sided brings the popularity down. The content needs to be fresh. It'll appeal to a lot of people, and everything needs to be well-adjusted to everyone.
People want to see new things, stuff that is in previous games isn't appealing to anyone. It's unoriginal and uninteresting if you're just including things in from other games. Do you suppose any character in any dragonball series got strong by standing in one spot? Goku: "Yeah, I'm going to stand in one spot and beat up the air to get all powerful so I can beat Vegeta" Vegeta: "I'm going to away from reality and just put training on auto-pilot, maybe when I come back I'll have ten million training points." Cell: "Vegeta and Goku don't know this, but I have advantages. My race was tweaked to have a 4000 multiplier, giving me almost infinite amount of power." Three hours later... Goku: "Wow, that was some intense training I did there." Vegeta: "alright, I'm back. ..., is anybody here?" Cell: "He walks to vegeta, standing several feets away from him as he carefully thinks over his actions. He grins and runs forward to attack Vegeta" Vegeta: "What are you talking about? Are you narrating your own actions?" Cell: "((Dude, you're supposed to say that in OOC. Fucking noob.))" Vegeta: "..." Cell: "((It's called role playing dipshit, do it correctly or get banned))" Vegeta: "But why are you talking in Third Person?" Cell: "He stops only inches away from Vegeta's face, feeling edgy he chooses not to deal with his foolishness. He grins like before and turns his back, quietly uttering "I rather battle a better opponent. You're incapable of handling my power, therefore it'd be like fighting an ant with his arms/legs cut off." Vegeta: "..." I know most of you are probably thinking of the "It's a fan based game" and all that blah. Truthfully, it's a horrible system to have in any fan-based game. It's unexciting and you're just standing there for hours at a time, doing zilch and getting strong. | |
