Descriptive Problem Summary:
The skill seems to be working now but when it adds the big hp increase it really should heal once, otherwise you spend most of the 10 seconds trying to use items to actually get the hp you've gotten.Also not sure if its a bug or for testing purpose but it lasts 10minutes instead of 10 seconds. Wasn't sure if this is the new change to it but if so then the skill details need to be updated.
