Opacity.

This is a question for the people on BYOND who know the answer. Fufufu.

Probably those good with skins.

Anyways, I've been wondering, it is possible to have a window opaque when on hover, or in focus and while it's not, not opaque?

Sorry, forgot to mention that you'll also need winget, but you probably figured that part out yourself.
