So you thought you were getting a good deal when I announced that Valve was selling Left 4 Dead for $25 (40% off), well they're doing it again. This time it's 50% off. Since then the price has also dropped $10 (I believe), meaning that right now you can get Left 4 Dead for $15. Who wouldn't want a game for $15?

You're always welcome to click here donate me money too, I'm a starving college student after all... not really, but still, everyone loves free money.
I'd buy if it didn't already have it.
I'd buy it if I could play it.
I'll wait until the price is lowered again.

Your reply button is broken.
I'd buy it if they weren't shafting their customers by selling a mod of a mod as an entire new game.

Oddly enough, it works now.

I was going to buy Final Fantasy VII, but since they called Secret of Mana 1, "Final Fantasy Adventure". Fuck them.

Oh God. There has never been a stupider movement in gaming history than the "OMG Boycott L4D2!!!" crowd. Get a job or a life.

Anyway, Direct2Drive is having a big anniversary sale right now and selling a bunch of titles for $5. Anyone who hasn't already played Bioshock or Sid Meier's Pirates! ought to check it out.

I'm impressed by your amazing ability to be a complete douchebag in any given situation.

Left 4 Dead 2 is in the same boat as Halo 3: ODST. These half games shouldn't ever be sold at full price. They're cheaper to make than full games and they're able to ride of the existing franchise.

It's not right.

In other words: you don't understand the concept of "sequel". Also, you're poor and it's hard to pirate multiplayer games, so you're going to bitch and moan about it.

Sequels nowadays offer just as much new content as they always have. In fact, a lot more time and money goes into modern sequels like Left 4 Dead 2 than it ever did into games like Mega Man 1-6, which adjusting for inflation actually sold for a lot more back in the day.

Halo 3: ODST topped the sales charts because thankfully not everyone is an anti-social online gamer with a false sense of entitlement.

Excuse me? Sir, you don't know shit about me. The fact you'll even say something like that just goes to show how big of a douche you are.

Really, wow dude.

Compare Halo 1 to Halo 2 and there's quite a large improvement in graphics and feature additions. The same can be said by comparing Halo 2 to Halo 3.

Now look at Halo 3: ODST. It's pretty much the same game as Halo 3 with night vision and a new multiplayer mode. It actually comes packaged with Halo 3's multiplayer! With so few additions and such a short campaign, it shouldn't cost the same as a full-fledged game like Fallout 3.

Halo 3: ODST topped the sales charts because thankfully not everyone is an anti-social online gamer with a false sense of entitlement.

Halo 3: ODST topped the charts because #1, it's Halo, and #2, there aren't really any worthwhile releases right now. So many games have been pushed back into next year and nobody really wants to go against Modern Warfare 2.

You would know this if you didn't shovel around as much bullshit as you usually do.
