I'm pretty sure Seika started as a Zeta rip. Someone said so in an anime game so it must be true.

I'm pretty sure you can't rip programs that were written in another language. A rip is just stolen code, so I doubt Chatters could be considered a rip of MSN (joke aside).

It isn't doesn't have much BYOND history so he probably thinks Zeta was a rip to begin with.
