When centering vertically in the interface it doesn't account for the status bar.
Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
Make anything in the interface editor stage and right click-> properties -> fill window
Modify the size slightly and hit center vertically it will overlap the status bar if the windows big enough.
Expected Results:
To put it in the center
Actual Results:
It doesn't subtract or offset the status bars height from whatever formula it is using and is slightly off from center.
