Problems with controls

Ok, i downloaded Epic today. Very nice concept, but when i go to the first treasure chest, says i need to press "q" to open it and to open the inventory. I press it, hold it, nothing. Can you help me?

This is strange and I have never seen an issue similar to this before. Try standing directly in front of the chest and holding the Q key. A little blue grid should show up near the bottom left of your screen and above your hotslot bar that says "the chest's items" or something similar(You can see what this looks like by looking at our screenshots)

If you aren't standing in front of a chest, then it will show the items your player is holding instead.
