CSS Issue... :(

Ok so i have been trying to change up my layout and will continue to do so when i get my banner up =P

Problem: My banner keeps moving everything Back into its default positions...

 #website_page_header{ 
        background:url('http://files.byondhome.com/Chrisg1/BlogBanner.png') no-repeat center; height:235px; width:797px }


Probably a school boy error but i am below that level of skill with CSS :(

There is no way for us to know what your problem is though. Get it to repro and then ask people to look at the problem.
