i log in and only the skill guide shows up it says Welcome BYOND! (4.0 Public Version 495.1136)

do i need to update or something?

A.T.H.K	You have the latest version of BYOND .. which apparently is not backwards compatible, if the server does not have the latest release then you can't play .. Downgrading your BYOND version would be the best idea. You can find all the older versions here - http://www.byond.com/download/build/

Tom	That would be a bug if there is a backwards-compatibility issue. Hopefully someone can confirm this. The skin should not have been affected in 495.
