This happens way too often. When you finally are able to finish most quests they have already passed the mark and give no exp. Perhaps they could at least give a small chunk of exp or just give the exp meant for the level they were meant for. Something would be better than nothing! Otherwise players will just skip the quests all together and miss out on a fun aspect of the game.
