Problem description:
Ok simple as this. is it possible to set up in game mic chatroom where player can plug in there microphone and speak to each other?

Natively, no. BYOND has no sort of voice or microphone support. You'd have to get them to use Skype, Teamspeak, or any of those other voice programs.

Also: I THINK it's possible to embed some sort of application in a browser element but I could definitely be wrong.
