You can try a friendly competition in a game, or host some sort of contest for pixel artists/programmers.
Maybe even doing some sort of "Internet Scavenger Hunt" where you post a bunch of questions, and the first to surf the internet and answer them, wins. The questions should be rather difficult of course. EDIT: On a side note, I hear the talented artist AmonR needs a membership. I can't think of anyone else at the moment that is a great help to BYOND and it's community, that doesn't have a membership. Also, I'd say Keeth (Now realizing he was membershipless) deserves a Membership. | |

I would try game tournaments or Pixel Art contest. Your old way wasn't too bad though, really aslong as they are deserving and/or active contributors of BYOND then they deserve a reward.
