This NoteBook app I mentioned in my last post lets you customize just about everything, including what's on the "cover". The cover appears if the NoteBook hasn't been touched in a few minutes, so nosy people can't see into your business.

After much soul-and-Google-image-searching, I set the cover background to metallic and chose this for my cover picture:
