I wouldn't say he is the best Penguin there's people better then him like Zane and Tor even though Tor isn't on byond anymore.
Dont get me wrong though Legacy has potential to reach there levels he isn't really that far behind. EDIT: Then again that is just my opinion and I dont think it matters or means much since Im not very known on byond forums v.v | |
