This issue has been resolved.
Descriptive Problem Summary:

If you go to download a demo... For this demonstration I used Ham-Warrior400's RPG Starter
This bug will only happen when it is downloaded. If you have previously downloaded and hit to download it again, it will open fine.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:

http://www.byond.com/developer/Ham-Warrior400/RPGStarter
Hit download, after the download completes sucessfully an error will show:

"Could not find byond://Ham-warrior400.RPGStarter##installed
BYOND Central is not accessible."



Expected Results:

The demo to open

Actual Results:

The Error shown above shows.

Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often? When a demo is downloaded that has not been previously downloaded.
In other games? yes
On other computers? Untested.

When does the problem NOT occur?

once it's already downloaded.

It started about 12 versions back. [[not sure of an exact number.]]

Workarounds:
Download twice?

I have seen this, too. It will give you the error but in truth, the demo does in fact get downloaded... most of the time. You can navigate to it under My Hub on the pager.

It would be nice to have this fixed, I get this error and have to manually open it everytime I try to download something.

Bug fix: After installing a new demo or library that had not been installed before for the first time in a BYOND pager session, Dream Maker did not launch as intended and the pager erroneously said that BYOND Central was not accessible.
