Since going to Firefox 3.56 and up, I've experienced frequent freezing, right clicking on something I outlined or a misspelling showing only a shadow
outline of the box I should be seeing, and javascript links not working
95% of the time. Shutting down and restarting firefox, restarting the
computer, disabling add-ons have done NOTHING to correct these problems. What really concerns me is that I'm now hearing similar complaints from
various friends and acquaintances who've also come to rely on Firefox
including one who HAS A MAC. I'm running XP with 3GB of RAM and all my
anti-virus & spyware protection is up to date.
