It wasn't stolen. The original Mystic Journey team complained severely about how Gun basically didn't do anything except rip the icons, so they teamed with someone who doesn't need to be named here, and re-created the entire game basically to show that Gun did shit.

First of all, there was no 'original Mystic Journey team'. The entire thing was done solely by me, with the occasional donation of icons from people because I hate doing graphics. One of my hosts took the 2 files that are required to host (the .dmb and the .rsc files) and used an extracting program to get all the code and icons out of it. From there on it was just rip after rip.
They didn't "recreate" the game, they just took my code, moved it around and changed the names of the files and then distributed it around claiming it was original code.
Yes and gunbuddy himself told me it was stolen, by one of his hosts.
