This defeats the purpose of making hub creation a member perk. Off Topic seems perfectly fine for folks that want to talk about their games who don't have hubs, as long as they're not talking about banned material. Having a centralized forum for upcoming games would just become cluttered with "hey guys i'm making byond's next best naruto game" and so on.
