I need someone to host NE with a shell server 90% no lag at most. Thank You

i can host too but only in like a week.. day 13 or so .. im getting my computer back he was broken (my little brother broke it) and i will be able to host any game 24/7 (rarely offline) btw my computer is new and its fast :

4gb ram and alot of space .
