They blocked it because something (what is believed to be AnonTalk.com, 4chan for pedophiles) has been eating up a ton of AT&T's bandwidth by constantly DDoSing 4chan.
It was a simple security issue, not a grand scheme to rule the internet. You may remove your tinfoil hats now. | |
