This minor update gets rid of the extremely ugly blue interface. It has a few bug fixes on top.

Other Changes:
* Changed the interface from blue to black, which makes more sense given most of the hud ingame and pop ups compromise of blackness.
* Start spots can no longer be found on the borders of the map.
Bug Fixes:
* A slight graphical bug causing icons to squish for no reason has been fixed.
* Forests would not reload the right graphic after rivers were placed down, fixed.
