Hello Guys!! i have a problem hosting some games..
First my info:
I have Version 494.1134 of Byond. I use Windows 7 x64 bit.. I use Modem ADSL Dual Pirelli Discus DRG A112 A-101-000-1-0-4A.. I connect via Ethernet Cable to a desktop computer.. I already visited portforward.com and setup the NAT for ports, setup my windows firewall and disabled it and i dont have antivirus..
When i log in to Dream Daemon and host a game it says this:
Logging in...connected
Logged in as Eldisa.
Sat May 19 03:35:03 2012
World opened on network port 4322.
Welcome BYOND! (4.0 Public Version 494.1134)
BYOND hub reports port 4322 can be reached by players.
And when i use the yellow arrow i can connect, have the save files and can play normally.. But when i give the ip to connect, other people say it says byond://ip failed..
Please i really want to host.. Please give me an answer..
Im giving them the ip from Dream Daemon.. byond://201.253.149.160:4322 thats the one im giving..

Can you try downloading and running PFportchecker from portforward.com?
If you could download and run that, take a screenshot of your results and post it here. Good luck! |
I did what you asked, this is the image.. i have a dynamic ip so it shouldnt be the same as before..

You're probably giving them your internal ip (192.168.xx...). What you're looking for is your external ip, which you can find out by clicking here, for example.
