Well. I've seen that multiple other people have been having this same problem, and no one seems to have an answer. I used Wine (downloaded and installed off the package manager) to install the newest version of BYOND. The install works perfectly fine. My problem happens when I run the pager. After a bit of searching (cause I completely missed the directory that it installed to at first), I found the BYOND .exe, and ran it through right-clicking.
The pager opens up fine. And then, once I input my info and click Login, it "minimizes" to system tray and I can't get it back. I'm running on a recently updated Linux Mint 7, what I assume is the newest version of Wine, and as I said, the newest version of BYOND. Does -ANYONE- have -ANY- support on this?

I've had this problem with the previous few releases of wine for my distro (Sabayon) after it had previously been working. I still haven't found a solution, but I'm using VirtualBox to run a VM with windows installed as an alternative.

wine -version

Just because you have the latest version of an OS, doesn't mean you always have the latest version of wine.
