Hey, I'm a bit new to Linux, I've messed around with it on other machines but never my home machine and I've recently made the switch. Now, I've got my xbox live running fine on it and now all I need is BYOND working through WINE. I know it isn't perfect but the majority of stuff is playable and that's better than nothing.

I can get into BYOND fine, pager n' all works (news section doesn't though) but when I try to join a game it always hangs at the initializing screen and I was wondering if I needed some kind of override to fix it or something? I'm running Ubuntu 8.04 in case you need to know. Thanks.
