I'm not sure about the rest ill have to look it up There are currently no Kages or Orgs and i don't do the whole sign up on forum stuff its just a bother if u want there will be a tourney every day until all the spots are taken A kage can be a kage for a month before he or she is challenged Kage's have the right to make their own reqs for ranks Anyways So yea have fun ill update soon and it should be back up soon too
