RE Map editor release

Well since Friday, Ruben has been working some map editor tools for RE. It is now ready so be sure to have a play with it :P I will be updating it in icon packs so any suggestions on what goes into the editor here please: http://www.byond.com/members/Ruben7/forum?forum=1

DarkCampainger	Awesome! I'm gonna make a hard map >:D (Edit: Also, you guys can increase the responsiveness of the mouse controls by lowering tick_lag to like 0.7)
