A while ago, I posted the total collection of science fiction I had in my house, after posting the anime collection I had at the time in the comments of someone's blog post.

As it turns out, the topic where my anime collection was posted had been deleted for some time, so I was rattled when the subject of anime collections came up between a few BYOND users and myself. Considering, after all, some time has passed since my initial list, my brothers have done a fair bit of purchasing (because they're lucky enough to still be employed).

So, in case anyone is wandering, I've recompiled the combined list of anime currently residing in my house. This should hopefully qwell any rumours that I'm an anime hater once and for all. (Seriously, wtf, why do people find it so hard to believe I enjoy anime? It's been sitting under my "My Interests" tab since my first day of the BYOND Membership trial waaaay back in 2005! ... Which come to think of it is horridly outdated, as it hasn't been updated since 2005...)

Please note that series or movies/OVAs listed more than once are in fact double-ups. The DVD count is how many DVDs of that current series that particular collection has.

And on that note, wow, I really miss my old green stylesheet. I'll have to sit down and fix that up again in the coming days.
Jesus..........Christ.
I'll provide some photos tomorrow. <.<

Actually, it is pretty well known along with everything else CLAMP makes. Don't use BYOND as a gauge for how well known something is.

Yeah.
That's an impressive collection, but you have a lot of...meh series. Do you just buy most of the stuff shown on tv or is there a quality checklist of some sort?
I envy you.

..so THAT'S what you've been spending your hundreds in donations on.. ;)
Lol @ Mechana's post..

Because I live in a cave with rocks in my ears and Koala's constantly clawing at my eyes. <.<
Hey Tiberath, why don't you have Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children? It isn't really anime, but it is a damn good movie, and if you buy the Limited Edition (I have it) it has a second disc with Last Order: FF VII, which is an Anime Adaption of Zack and Cloud doing..stuff, and there is also Sephiroth also. It's basically showing the first time seph went crazy. BUT in all, it's a great DVD, and a nice movie.

Actually, my list was lacking that very title when I published it. We had it, but I completely skipped over it because it wasn't located with the rest of the anime collection (but was in fact in another room DVD player). We own Advent Children, special edition at that.

We buy random anime titles as they come along. Back when I was at the video store, Madman would send us anime preview discs that had a lot of trailers on them, and occasionally we'd pick out of that.

Most of the time a trailer from one anime disc will lead us to another series. That's generally how it goes, anyway.
