Great movie. Not one of Pixar's best, but incredibly well done. The dogs absolutely made it!
Idiot Parents
After watching Up in the theater, my wife and I asked ourselves "What kind of a moron brings a baby into a theater?". Then I considered for a moment some of the douchebags that I knew from high school/college who are currently pregnant and realized that I already had the answer.
In a wedding... again!

">absolute blast, and with my extended family there this one should be just as fun. My brother gave an absolutely epic Best Man speech at my wedding, so I have a lot to live up to.
Mass Effect
I just finished playing through this for a second time. Amazing game, and all of the footage of the sequel from E3 looks amazing. If you an Xbox 360 or a good gaming PC and you haven't played this series yet, do yourself a favor.

The new Tonight Show
So awesome that I can watch Conan now without having to stay up too late. Can't say I like what they're doing with Andy Richter so far though.
Summer Blockbusters?
Unless I'm forgetting something, I don't think that there is a single summer movie coming out in June/July/August that I'm excited about. No, Transformers doesn't count, because the first movie was so poorly written that I could barely make myself watch it.
House sitting
I'm house sitting for my brother for a couple weeks after his wedding while he's honeymooning in Greece. He happens to have a Playstation 3, which means that I don't have to buy one just to play Infamous. Score!
Glad to find someone else who hated the Transformers movie.
I just got Prototype for the 360, which appears to be in the same theme as Infamous, so I'm just enjoying that instead. Really good game! Oh, and I enjoyed Up too. I think the bird was my favorite though. | |

I've heard a lot of good stuff about The Hangover. I usually avoid high-concept comedies like the plague, but perhaps I'll give that one a go.

I spent the last couple weeks watching all 6 seasons of 3rd Rock from the Sun. Great show, but it really died out in the last 2 seasons, they just ran out of funny situations. At least they ended the show themselves though without dragging it out until the show was ruined by the ratings.
As for NEStalgia, I have no idea when you guys do testing or anything like that, so you'll have to clue me in on that one. I still haven't gotten around to fixing up that interview script either, damn me. On another note, since I'm talking about me and I love me, I'll also mention that I wrote a 3 hour English assessment for college today in less than an hour. Took me longer to get to the college campus to write the test then it did to actually write it, damn me for being too smart. | |
