This guy has been hosting a Naruto Rip for the past couple of months, He charges money to his players to get special perks. Mind you this is a Naruto game so charging any money from it is illegal, but it's not even his game either, he just combined 3 rips and the original source to get money out of it.

So I was wondering where the Report a Rip function from the site went?

Greetings XxIrishSnailxX!

As far as I know it that feature was removed quite a while ago in favour of the hub review/slush pile system that was implemented in the last iteration of the site, which made it so a team of reviewers could filter out original games and rips.

The game in question you've linked to was never submitted for review, therefore it's not visible on the hub by conventional means. As it stands, the only way to reach that hub is to know the exact address of it.

If it were submitted however, it would most likely be rejected as we do not stand for fan games accepting donations or charging for in-game benefits.

And you know, because it's a barely changed GOA rip.
Along with what LordAndrew said, anime games are no longer listed and the rip phenomenon mainly persisted in the anime community. Therefore, the report feature was no longer needed.
Thank you for your replied :P

Honestly I'm starting to hate the people in the anime section.
