If I click "Play Game" it connects to the HUB and says "Connecting..." but then just closes. Any help?

me to when i try to make a person it says the this name is taken i useed the randomes names like qwertyuiopkjhgfdsalmnbvcxz and evrey letter i used it said name taken wtf not that much people even play it it like what ur game is acting like a piece of shit
