Should missing icon files be warnings?

I have thought about it for a while, and I would prefer if icon files that cannot be found were listed as warnings instead of errors. What do you guys think?

What if the said icon file was being used as a turf or mob already placed on the map?

You wouldn't want blank spaces on the map now would you?

If that's the case:
1) CTRL+n
2) Set the type to .dmi
3) Set the name as the missing file

I honestly do not see any reason why someone would use a non-existing icon file.

I'm not sure how this could possibly be useful to anybody, ever. It's an error because it's an erroneous state; making it a warning is basically gracefully handling something that a game really shouldn't gracefully handle.
