Just logged in, and my clothes had disappeared from my equipment slots. Fortunately I had a hood and cloak in my regular inventory, and I equipped the cloak and all of the clothes reappeared in my inventory. Not everybody has spare clothes to fix this with, though.
Edit: Just tried to take off the bugged clothes. I cannot.

This is probably related to the Garbage Bin bug. It has been fixed in 6001, but your equipment will need to be replaced.
