I can't remember what it was called. You stop at space stations and buy cargo to sell at other stations, land on planets to establish colonies and have them gather resources to sell.. omg i can't remember..

The game that comes to mind is Star Traders. No one plays it now and if I can recall, you cannot save, which ruins it.
