You could add in a password, like the BYOND_Hub_Authentication does, and then they could just call.

src.Modify_Guild(GUILD_ID,"Rank",password)

If a top ranked guild official post something they should have the ability to set who can see it, public, guild only, guild administration only, ECT; Well anyone that post something should be able to set if it's public or not...
