As part of a refocusing effort I'm now looking to create a development team of about 2-4 people (one of which being myself, of course).

While I am able, on a technical level, to perform all tasks associated with development I believe having an extra pair or so of eyes and thoughts will overall create a better product.

Ostensibly I'm looking for an additional programmer and at some point an artist.

Credentials requested for a programmer: Programming experience and familiarity with Dream Maker

Credentials requested for an artist: examples of work and style

What I bring: Overall project direction, design and primary programming.

Development Team Environment: I want to promote an open forum style of development. While I will maintain final say regarding changes to the project I request and encourage open dialog among team members.

Compensation: At the moment, just pride in a well made product. If the project makes money all members are entitled to an equal share of profits.
