Ok so if you go onto chatters or chat you may have noticed someone in there on a guest key, I have no idea why this is since it clearly shows me signed into the pager on this key

i ran into the same problem. i ended up closing all instances(dream daemon included) and restarting byond or restarting the computer itself, i can't remember. good luck.

Make sure you're logged into the BYOND website.

This seems to be a case of a corrupted keys.txt file. You ought to clean that out if you want, but you'll have to put in all your keys and passwords and save them again.
