Blow Up the Frost Elf Kingdom

I wrote this for the Game in a Day Challenge 2007 (theme: "frost and flame"). In theory it should be a fun multiplayer back-stabbing game, but since I had company coming, I never tested the multiplayer. The source code is included; feel free to make your own improved version, or borrow whatever code or icons you like for your own games.
