I'm sorry to hear you're unhappy with the auction! I strive to keep all my buyers happy. I'm delivering everything stated in the auction description, which was unmodified. Why are you upset?

I have 47 (or however many, if that number is incorrect) positive responses because I follow through with what I promise.

By bidding, you clicked a button saying you've read my auctions terms and description and agree to form a binding contract to pay.

I'm not sure what grounds you have to dispute with your credit card or PayPal. We agreed on a price for an item, regardless of actual value. It is to be assumed that you knew what you were bidding on, as you acknowleged that you did. I also resent the use of the word "scam." A scam would be if you bought an item from me and I refused to return it. I'm sorry that you may have midunderstood what you were purchasing, but it *does* reward you to read the entire auction's description.

Once again, I'm very sorry for this misunderstanding. If it weren't for my no returns policy (after all, the item is in brand new condition!), I would have no problem refunding your money. Unless you didn't read that part either?

Sincerely,
Ben Gilmore

OK I now realize what happenend and am not happy with a scam like this
do not bother sending the x "BOX"
I understand reading everything is ideal but trusting a seller with 47
good repsonses is also an ideal situation
refunding my money would be the right thing to do
and I would hope you would do that.
I am disputing this as far as I can take it both with paypal and my
creditcard.
How you can do this and feel it is right is beyond me.

again keep the box and maybe you can rip someone else off

if it is sent to me I will return it to you

Hahaha, this is awesome. XD
Quite hilarious. 10/10
If I had any inclination to get an Xbox 360 and I'd been your winning bidder, a "dispute" would be the least of your problems. :)
ALWAYS READ THE FINE PRINT RETARDS!
just my two cents...
QUITE HILARIOUS WOULD LAUGH AGAIN A+++++
I wasn't going to put a return address on the package for obvious reasons, Guy. :)
Although I find it funny, I still hope you get sued, because you took advantage of them with word-play.
Oh god im drunk
You can make a living off this Ben!
