Single Player Paint

I originally made this for Gakumersara to use in his game, to make making icons for 3D usability easier. I then decided I could use it as Single Player Paint also. I increased the screen size, and added a save and load function and dumbed down it a bit, so it doesn't have useless statpanels etc. Have fun!
