I've had major interest in the Pixel Art area over these couple of days. For some odd reason I am very amused by several Art programs such as Paint.NET, Blender [2 Days Of Grace Remaining :( ], and Graphics Gale. Which brings me to the question, What Program Do You Use!
MSPaint or Pro Motion 6.
DM.
I'd prefer Adobe Photoshop or MSPaint.
I've switched to Paint.NET, but I hope to try more in the future.
Graphics Gale FTW!
GG Just annoys me, They could have made it so much more simple then it is...
Pro Motion is the best.
I chose other, because I use Paint(dont ask me which one IDK) and another program named PhotoFiltre, it's in french.
Paint.NET is simple and easy to use. I've already gotten attached to it, GG has so many uneccesary features.
I'm not a great pixel artist, but if I ever become one I'll still be using Paint.NET.

I haven't tried pixel art with Photoshop, but everything else on that list is just annoying to use IMO.

Err like what, only thing i never use is color replacer, and selection by color.

I find it really simple to use 10x easier than pro motion 6
Despite my non-artistic abilities, I use GIMP for recoloring things, Paint.NET for .. screenshots, and DM for anything used here, because it's just that much easier.
->vote went to gimp
Graphics gale , Mspaint.
Paint.NET for the win!
I use paint.net, it makes it easier for me to choose my colors and watnot, though I havent tried any other programs.
microsoft paint
Paint.Net................
Cause it's free and easy to use...
Good reasonz right? ;P
Photoshop is just so overrated. Gimp offers near all the features in an easier to use interface. Now what it doesn't offer is barely worth the $200 a legal copy of PS is worth.
Paint Shop Pro 7 for me. Does everything I want it to do.
