Gears & Peers

Gears & Peers is almost ready for testing. Bots have been moving, crashing, and obeying command modules. Sounds are not in yet, but they shouldn't affect bug fixes.

I changed how command module removals are chosen. Rather than letting subscribers choose before the game and risk nobody ever placing their chosen module, I now let players choose any placed module for their first removal and then limit them to removing modules of its type for the rest of the game. It makes more sense for game balance, but I'm not thrilled about the subscription feature removal. Hopefully, scores and awards will replace it later.
